Kathryn is the Founder and CEO of Magnify Mentoring a charity dedicated to supporting through mentorship, recruitment, and training people from underrepresented groups. Kathryn has built a global network of over 250 mentors and together they have supported the careers of over 600 mentees from over 50 countries and all inhabited continents.
Kathryn provides consultancy on hiring, fundraising, and evidence-based donation strategies, and is currently focusing her efforts on disaster prevention and response organizations. Kathryn's background includes undergraduate and master's degrees in Law, specializing in International Law and Human Rights. Her career in civil society spans five countries, encompassing human rights litigation, legal research, and lecturing.
