Florian has done research on the hydrophobicity of soils, how rivers behave in Germany and the USA, possible research gaps in our understanding of climate change, exoplanet habitability, feeding everyone with seaweed and how to grow crops when we have lost all industrial infrastructure.
After helping out at ALLFED as a volunteer, he has transitioned to a permanent role after finishing his PhD in environmental science.
