Maciej specializes in hospitality and people management and has nearly twenty-four years of work experience. His UK work experience has focused on leadership, scheduling, and negotiation in the hospitality industry. He also has experience with cost control, contract management, and task time and quality management.
Originally from Poland, Maciej holds two graduate degrees from the Czestochowa University of Technology: a Master of Engineering degree, and a Master of Management and Marketing degree. He also holds a Master of Pedagogy degree and gained training, coaching, and communications skills through teaching economics to high school and technical school students.
Through his work at ALLFED, Maciej hopes to contribute to organizational coordination, by helping people achieve specific objectives, develop their skills, and increase how satisfied they feel with their team experience.
